Development of multi-primer PCR system with an open architecture for rapid detection of infectious pneumonia causative agents

A multi-primer PCR system with an open architecture has been developed for rapid detection of bacterial and viral pneumonia pathogens. The design methodology includes the study several key biophysical physico-chemical parameters primers to ensure their compatibility in multiplex PCR. Due compatibility, can be expanded if necessary by adding compatible specific other or agents, which include both DNA RNA viruses.
